Exotic Vegan Mushroom Burgers

These mushroom burgers are hearty, flavorful, and perfect for a comforting vegan dinner. Ready in about 35 minutes. Key ingredients include 2 cups mixed exotic mushrooms, finely chopped, 1/2 cup cooked quinoa, 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, 1 small onion, finely chopped, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp olive oil, Salt and pepper to taste.
